MHC/CoC Governance Workgroup: Focus on Unified Governance Model

In the third meeting, the MHC/CoC Governance Workgroup examined the tasks of the Continuum of Care and looked at peer cities and found that no other city has a dual governance system.

Cloudburst called into the meeting to provide information and clearly stated that Nashville is unique in that may be the only city in the nation with a dual homeless governance system. (There is only one city on the West Coast that has two boards, but one of those was formed as a requirement to receive a large donation. The separate board is tasked with overseeing those funds).
